Democratic districts in U.S. House targeted by GOP: Iowa 2nd

Democrat Dave Loebsack was first elected to the Iowa 2nd in 2006.  He has won his 6 elections by an average margin of 8 percentage points.

Clinton won the district with 45% of the vote compared to 49.1% for Trump.
