Wisconsin Legislative Fiscal Bureau Memo on State Tax and Fee Modifications in 2011-13 Budget

Net taxes decrease by $23,572,000.

Net fees increase by $111,340,800.  (The largest chunk of which is tuition.  See page 9 of memo.)
