Wisconsin's Peter Principle case study Tom Tiffany supports Trump's pick of waterboy Matt Gaetz as Attorney General

 
Retiring Guy used to think that Alabama had the most egregious, boneheaded GOP House delegation in Congress, but Wisconsin has recently taken the lead in this race to the bottom.

Tiff gives stand-up comedy a try.
Tiffany, who also served on the Judiciary Committee with Gaetz, said he would be a good attorney general for those who “prize civil liberties,” want strong antitrust enforcement and are proponents of working across the aisle. 
Asked about the investigations into Gaetz, Tiffany replied: “If someone has baggage, you gotta put proof out there. Don’t go out there as an anonymous source… you gotta come out and address the person you’re accruing and lay out why he’s guilty.” 
“If you have evidence that Matt Gaetz is not fit to be attorney general, bring it forward and have it corroborated,” Tiffany said.
He dishes up a few zingers.  Problem is he's 1000% serious.  What a looney!
