Wisconsin 2022 elections UPDATE: Election denier wins 22% of the vote in 1st Assembly District GOP primary

Joel Kitchens has represented the 1st Assembly district since January 2015.  His margins of victory since then have consistently increased.

The 1st Assembly District includes all of Door and Kewaunee counties and a small portion of Brown County.

Kitchens faces Milt Swagel in an 8/9/2022 GOP primary.  The winner will face Democrat Roberta Thelen on 11/8/2022.
