Louisville and Ohio State Start to Rise Above Other Teams. (The New York Times, 12/10/2019)
Louisville is playing elite defense. The Cardinals held Michigan and Pittsburgh to an average of 44.5 points in two wins last week. Louisville also held both teams to a shooting average of 31.5 percent and 19 percent from 3-point range.
Texas Tech scored 70 points, shot 39.7% overall, 25.9% behind the arc. Not great, but enough to upset the current #1 team.
