Republicans have taken mandates for the agriculture industry off the table repeatedly, and nothing about the current situation appears to have changed their perspective.
Reynolds told reporters July 10 that “regulation is hardly ever the answer” when it comes to water quality.
Regulation "is a killer in most instances — it takes out innovation," she said. [emphasis added]
