Harley was a modestly consistent perforrmer during the first 4 decades of the century, spending 40 years (1900-1938, 1940) in the top 300, peaking at #196 in 1902.   After that run, the ride got a bit rougher.  He made a brief effort at a comeback in the late 1980s/early 1990s, but right now he is poised to drop off the chart in the new few years.
