Want some cheese with that whine, Babs?
Meanwhile, your county -- not to mention the rest of the state -- is on fire with the virus and your caucus has done nothing. Except to make mealy-mouthed excuses for your inaction. Look in the mirror, Babs; that's where you'll see a violation of the public trust.

Original 2/19/2020 post, "Meet Barbara Dittrich's stinky colleagues in the Wisconsin State Assembly", starts here.
Reported in Wisconsin Assembly again approves call for Constitutional convention. (Capital Times, 2/18/2020)
The following members of the Wisconsin State Assembly will have served at least 12 years by the end of the year.
GOP class of 2000. Samantha Kerkman (Powers Lake)
GOP class of 2004. Joan Ballweg (Markesan), Jeff Mursau (Crivitz), Robin Vos (Burlington)
GOP class of 2006. John Nygren (Marinette), Jim Ott (Mequon), Kevin Peterson (Waupaca), Gary Tauchen (Bonduel)
GOP class of 2008. Dan Knodl (Germantown)
All of the above voted in favor of the term limits proposal. And at this writing, all of the above are running for re-election this fall. Yup, they're all hypocrites.
There is also a bit of a stink on the Democratic side of the aisle. But in their defense, they all voted against the term limits proposal. No hypocrisy here.
Class of 1998. Christine Sinicki (Milwaukee)
Class of 2002. Sondy Pope (Mount Horeb)
Class of 2004. Gary Hebl (Sun Prairie)
Class of 2006. Gordon Hintz (Oshkosh)
Class of 2008. Nick Milroy (South Range)
Big picture. Out of the 99 members in the Wisconsin State Assembly, only 14 -- 9 Republicans and 5 Democrats -- will have served for 12 years by the end of the year.
In other words, term limits is a non-issue -- just the usual phony baloney that Republicans can't resist piling high on their plates.
