The final plat of the Northside neighborhood in Middleton is being developed. (Just below center-right of aerial photo). Parmenter Street (a.k.a. U.S. 12, along the edge at left) is the main north-south route through the city.

More than thirty years later, Misty Valley (top right-of-center) and Middleton Hills (a portion of neighborhood shown in lower right rectangle) are fully developed, and the area at lower left between U.S. 12 and Parmenter Street is home to 4 car dealerships.
