Among others -- and we'll get to them -- the Frothy Twins, Duey and Chris, are unhappy with Joint Committee on Finance co-chair John Nygren (R-Marinette), who, according to this article, favors putting tax and fee increases on the table during a discussion of transportation funding options.

John lives 190 or 213 miles from Madison, depending on the route he takes.
