Of which just 3,000 of these 'new' jobs are permanent




From everything that I've read and heard, Foxconn plans to build a facility in either Racine or Kenosha County, not downtown Milwaukee, which we see pictured in Walker's tweet.  

Meanwhile, I assume Terry Gou is still playing one county against the other.  Apparently, officials in these 2 counties aren't as squeezably soft (i.e., heedlessly desperate) as Scott Walker.
