UPDATE. The healthiest county in each Midwestern state: Sioux County, Iowa

Located in the northwestern corner of Iowa, Sioux County is an anomaly among the healthiest counties in the U.S.  It's not located within a thriving metro area, and its demographics don't present a stark difference from the state's unhealthiest county.
