UPDATE. Scott Walker tries to govern for everybody and fails miserably

Estimate:  proposed child support changes affects .04 percent of parents.  (Madison.com, 1/7/2017)

A proposal from Gov. Scott Walker’s administration to reduce the amount of child support wealthy parents pay could affect less than one-tenth of one percent of the state’s parents paying child support.

Actually, Walker generally prefers a 'divide-and-conquer' strategy. 

And guess what? It's working, Wisconsin! 

Sadly, it's still going strong 6 years later.

His message, in short, was that he was effective, unwavering, and uncompromising. There was no need for outreach or a “big tent.” With the right conservative message, Republicans could win elections—and win them in blue states—on their own.

Thanks to the Affordable Care Act -- which, apparently, some folks don't realize (unverified) is the same as Obamacare -- 200,000 people in Wisconsin have gained health coverage.

Perhaps this number would be higher had Scott Walker not been so blindly intent on limiting Wisconsin's participation in the Affordable Care Act.

Not a well thought-out idea on our Governor's part.

"City County City" appears on War's most successful album, The World is a Ghetto, released in  November 1972.  It spent 68 weeks on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart, 2 of them at #1.  Clocking in at 13 minutes and 26 seconds, the song was not released as a single.
