The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee on Tuesday listed nearly three dozen U.S. House districts as potential targets for Democrats to reclaim majority control of Congress next year. Included on that list are the state's two competitive House seats — the 1st Congressional District held by Bryan Steil, R-Janesville, and the 3rd Congressional District held by Prairie du Chien Republican Derrick Van Orden.
