Slow drip-drip-drip of Donald Trump's dementia

At the rally, Trump began talking about the lack of availability of water in home faucets.

He posed a solution – rain. 
'There's so much water, you don't know what to do with it. You know, it's called rain,' Trump said. 'It rains a lot in certain places.' 
'There is a problem. They don't want you to have any water. They want no water.' 
At this point, Fox News had tuned into the rally and decided to cut away. 'And you were just listening to former President Trump and we're going to talk about some of the things he was discussing there. We'll be right back,' the Fox host said.
