Armchair Traveler: "Lowly" Tiedeman Pond in Middleton Wisconsin

Welcome to another edition of a the Armchair Traveler.

Last week while driving past Tiedeman’s Pond, I could have sworn it looked as though a small island was forming in the middle of it. On Saturday I decided to take a closer look.

As it turns out, the “island” is just a cluster of aquatic plant life turning brown. But the pond is as low as I’ve seen it in a while.

Lots of shoreline to view.
