Gregg Edwardsen said it's tough to pick an exact date. "We're moving cautiously and hopefully smart."Edwardsen, who owns the restaurant with his wife, Clarissa, said they hear from fans of the restaurant every day. "They've been very supportive and encouraging all the time. They want to see us back," he said.
Our last visit took place on June 5, 2020, a slightly delayed 34th anniversary celebration. After struggling through the summer, Vin Santo closed in September. Another Covid casualty.
The planned reopening date is just in time for Retiring Guy's birthday.
