Wednesday, March 17.  Total tests (positive and negative):  3,245,941.  One-day increase of 2,848 (318 positive; 11%)

Total positive Covid 19 cases:  570,730

Counties with largest numerical gains = 18 of 72

  • 4 with 20 or more new cases
  • 5 with 10 to 19
  • 9 with 5 to 9

    As of the 3/6/2021 revision, three counties -- Buffalo, Florence, and Langlade -- have fallen below the state's positive test rate per 100,000 people.  Vilas joins 27 other counties with positive test rate hightest than the state's average.
