Mad City Mitsubishi now occupies the Travel Lodge site.
The Travel Lodge came to an ignominious end.

Police were seeking a man who robbed the Travel Lodge Motel, 910 Ann St., of an undetermined amount of money early Tuesday, Madison police reported.
Youth, 18, is arrested on second crack charge. (Capital Times, 6/12/1991)
Myles bailed out of jail on that charge, but was arrested again after a maid allegedly discovered cocaine June 7 while cleaning a room Myles was using at the Travel Lodge at 910 Ann St.
Jailed man may be murder suspect. (Wisconsin State Journal, 4/12/1992)
When police were called to the Travel Lodge, 910 Ann St., at noon Friday to check on a drunk man, Officer Jerry Goehring recognized the drunk man as fitting the description of Carroll.
