Restoration work on Tenney Park to start soon. (Channel3000, 6/17/2015)
The shoreline currently shows signs of erosion. The stabilization project will include the use of cut stone to restore the shoreline in areas where the path is close to the lagoon.
During the stabilization project, the lagoon will be drained. While the shoreline stabilization work is being done, access to the island will be prohibited.
Invasive brush will also be removed during the shoreline stabilization.
