The Republican Legislature sent the past two adopted budgets to Walker on June 16, 2011, and June 21, 2013. Before that, the earliest that a budget had been passed by lawmakers was June 15, 1977.
Now that it's been 21 days since the last public meeting of the Joint Committee on Finance.....
