Spain reports 3 new cases of Newcastle Disease

According to a report from the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) the newest cases involved: 
  • A flock of 141,592 laying hens in Olmedo 
  • A flock of 39,967 broilers in Medina Del Campo 
  • A flock of 119,604 broilers in Penafiel
With these latest instances of Newcastle disease, the virus has been confirmed in 18 flocks in Spain, collectively involving 1,049,924 birds.
