Orrin Hatch, in so many words: Dear NYT op-ed page readers, I won't do my job

U.S. Republican Senators have been waiting for the voters to decide on judicial nominees since January 20, 2009.

It's been an inexcusably long time since they've taken this aspect of their job description seriously.
