Glenn Grothman's Gibberish in Full Flower

Yes indeed, Grothman is regaining his voice, his lips are unzipped.  He's emerging from a brief "Quiet Man" phase, which started, not surprisingly, during his run for Congress last fall.

I'm sure he'll have lots more gibberish to share with us.
