Wisconsin 2018 elections UPDATE: Who won in the 19th State Senate District?

Long the unchallenged domain (1999-2014) of Republican Mike Ellis, who served 44 years in the Wisconsin state legislature, Roger Roth (R-Appleton) won a second term in the state senate.

Snodgrass grew up in Green Bay and followed her father’s footsteps into the paper industry, where she launched a career in marketing and communications. As a college student, she volunteered to work on Sen. Tammy Baldwin’s first Assembly race and former Sen. Russ Feingold’s first state Senate campaign.

"Honestly, this campaign from the beginning felt about the values that everybody here in the Fox Valley holds dear," Snodgrass said of Tuesday's primary election results. "At the doors talking to people, whether it was about having a quality education for our children or investing in jobs in the Fox Valley or talking to people about affordable health care, I really feel like we had a message that overwhelmingly showed that the Fox Valley believes in that message."
