The remodeling of this Hubbard Avenue house, a complete makeover, has been going on for the past 10 years, I'd guess. Most of the exterior work, however, was done this year.
I'm sure you're as surprised as I was at the list price for a 100-year-old, four-square 2,200-square-foot (I'm thinking a bit of a stretch here), 3-bedroom house. We are in Middleton, but it's not Boundary Road.
