"Go ahead, explain.  But remember, if you lie...."One of the biggest things is transparency,” Walker told the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism in December 2012. “The more transparency involved, the more people could hold folks accountable, for whether it’s $5 or $500, or whatever the amount may be.”

But recently released court records suggest that Walker solicited donations during the 2011 and 2012 recall elections for Wisconsin Club for Growth, a pro-Walker group that is not bound by state election law.
