More on Those "Harmless" E-Cigarettes

Selling a Poison by the Barrel: Liquid Nicotine for E-Cigarette. (The New York Times, 3/23/2014)

The poison described in this article is a liquid form of nicotine -- flavored, colored, and chemicalized.  This "e-liquid" is used for refilling e-cigarettes and can cause serious health problems, even death, when ingested or absorbed through the skin.

"E-liquids" are not regulated by the federal government.
