Call me old-fashioned, but I think a print copy of the Wisconsin Blue Book should still be distributed to libraries

The proposal would eliminate the requirement to supply copies to state agencies, libraries, educational institutions and constitutional offices. Newspapers would still get one copy.
Co-sponsors of the proposal (2015 Senate Bill 343) are Devin LeMahieu (R-Ooostburg) and Rob Hutton (R-Brookfield).
