Dear Scott Walker, Please stop trying to rewrite history and just focus on packing

Contracts for state employees remain in limbo.  (Wisconsin State Journal, 12/15/2010)
The state's unionized employees have been working the past 18 months under the terms of their old contracts. The new two-year contracts, which are retroactive, would end June 2011* and must be approved by the Legislature to take effect.  [emphasis added]
*i.e., 6 months into your 1st term.

You asked them not to move on it because you had a 'divide and conquer' scheme in the works.  Plus they found your idea 'startling'.

The 'enhanced" version

And let's put aside the RFP issue for the time being and focus on your lame-duck appointments.

Gov. Scott Walker’s push for the state Senate to approve more than 80 last-minute appointments before he leaves office — including one of his top deputies and two University of Wisconsin regents — became an early flash point in a lame-duck session of the state Senate Tuesday.
Chumley, you don't have a fuckin' leg to stand on.
