NoRoJo2016: As if we need more evidence

U.S. Senator Ron Johnson to appeal Obamacare lawsuit. (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, 8/2/2014)

The injury is to the people of Wisconsin.   U.S. District Judge William Griesbach in Green Bay had ruled in July that Johnson and his aide, Brooke Ericson, didn't have legal standing to bring their lawsuit because they hadn't been injured.

On January 23, 2002, Judge Griesbach was nominated by President George W. Bush to a seat on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
