After close call, Dixville Notch will again vote first in primary.  (WMUR, 1/10/2020)
Dixville Notch has become a mandatory stop on the campaign trail, but over the years, the population has dwindled. The closing of the famed Balsams Resort didn't help, and until recently, there were only four residents in town. "It turned out we needed five people to fill the five election officials that need to be here in order to have a legal election," Tillotson said. As of Thursday, Dixville Notch now has enough people, after the man behind the redevelopment project of the Balsams Resort officially moved to town and registered to vote.

Dear political reporters,

Bag the Iowa shaming and go to the mirror to ask yourselves, "What the fuck have I been doing that past few months?"

Just sniffing, apparently.
