[David] Polyansky, a Texan who played senior roles in two Iowa presidential campaigns and was the top strategist in Republican Joni Ernst's successful campaign for U.S. Senate this past fall, will be Team Walker's senior adviser in Iowa, sources told The Des Moines Register Thursday.
