Duey Stroebel (R-Town of Cedarburg), is himself a landlord — he owns a building on Milwaukee's east side at 2535 N. Stowell Ave. that is valued at $635,500, according to city records. He has said that his proposal doesn't represent a conflict for him because it treats all landlords equally. (Just one example of the great minds we have serving us in Madison.)
