Budget motion proposes sweeping changes to records access in Wisconsin.  (Capital Times, 7/2/2015)
Included in the 24-page motion were five sections of proposed changes that would severely restrict access to the once-public records of the Legislature. 

"This is a very serious full-frontal assault on the state’s traditions of open government," said Bill Lueders, president of the Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council.
