The Art of the Wisconsin Gerrymander: What's up the GOP sleeve during this round of redistricting? (Green Bay/Brown County edition)

Ten years ago, a GOP priority appears to be carving up Brown County and, in particular, the City of Green Bay.

The numbering is literally all over thte map.  (The 30th Senate District includes Assembly Districts 88, 89, 90.)

And why is that?

In all, 5,000 more votes were cast in Green Bay this year than in 2016. The increased turnout helped Biden increase his margin of victory in the city to 3,913 votes compared with Hillary Clinton’s 1,470-vote margin over Trump in 2016.
Trump beat Biden in 10 of Green Bay's 47 wards, remaining strong on the city’s far east and west sides and in neighborhoods straddling Ridge Road south of Mason Street.

Which is why, 10 years ago, the 90th Assembly District, which is wholly with the city limits of Green Bay, was cut with Exact-O knife precision.
