Marathon Co. Board to vote on resolution to make June Pride Month. (WAOW, 9/18/2019)
“The resolution is not meant to alienate anybody or exclude anybody, but rather send a strong statement that Marathon County is a welcoming community for all” Yee Leng Xiong, the chair of the Diversity Affairs Commission said.
The County Board will vote on the resolution at their next meeting Tuesday, June 25.
