I have not paid too much attention to the Urbana "thing". After all, Urbana is home to Urbana High School which can continue to wallow in its slimy filth hole with it's bosom buddy, Centennial High School.

But, when I read they were weeding in advance of RFID tagging I immediately understood the desire for a heavy weed.
