As has been well known, Democrats' priorities have mostly been held up by two of their own senators, who continue to balk at what they see as going too far in one way or another.
That's been the story since Biden took office, and nothing has changed. So Biden may be rightly criticized for setting expectations too high for what could actually get done.As the media continues to normalize and, by extenion, de-emphasize the obstructionism of the Republicans in the U. S. Senate.
They're all off the hook!!
And, of course, had Biden set expectations too low as determined by the media hordes, he would also have been pilloried.
