After the storm in Middleton: Pheasant Branch Trail at Park Street (part 2)

One of the most astonishing views of the day.  Section of embankment washed away.

Usually, this is a sloping path that leads to a series of stepping stones that cross 8 feet of a shallow -- 3-4 inches -- stream. Not today.  Or anytime soon, I imagine.

Water everywhere.  And a dislocated bridge in the background.

Zooming in a bit.

And a pleasanter view, showing the bridge in place, from a few years ago.
