1955 Dragon yearbook
From 1949 until at least 1958, the yearbook did not publish individual photos of juniors and sophomores. (I have a 1955-57 gap in my collection.)
"Carl" enjoyed a long run of popularity before starting to face in the late 20th century.
The #1 song on the Billboard Hot 100 when Carl and his classmates graduated.
