The multi-county regions that have been proposed for most of Wisconsin’s 72 counties (excluding metropolitan counties such as Dane and Milwaukee) will, in all likelihood, become a reality as they have been proposed, Sandeen said. That means that, for administrative purposes, the Extensions of Columbia, Dodge, Sauk and Fond du Lac counties will be in one region, with at least some Extension educators shared among the counties.  [emphasis added]

It will be unfortunate if the Planning Work Groups' assessments and recommendations are nothing more than nEXT Generation Project window dressing.
