Current State Senator Jennifer Shilling (D-La Crosse) has a primary challenger.

Two Republicans, including one who lost the seat to Shilling in a 2011 recall election, are also running.




The winners of their respective August 9th partisan primaries will run against each other in the November 8th general election.
