Developer Curt Brink is proposing a 15-story, roughly 265-room dual-use hotel that reimagines the look and use of what is the biggest piece of a multi-phase project reshaping the 900 block of the bustling thoroughfare, across the street from historic Breese Stevens Field.
Great Lakes Management Group will run what will be two hotels in the building, a Hilton Tempo lifestyle hotel and Hilton Homewood Suites.
The hotels will feature first-floor banquet space and a sixth-floor rooftop amenity featuring multiple lounge areas with fire pits, outdoor dining area, large hot tub, and artificial turf activity lawn. A bar, lounge space and meeting rooms will open onto the sixth-floor terrace, which will overlook the stadium. Some of the amenities will be located to the south of the hotel on the roof of an existing parking structure.
