MISCREANT PREACHERS: Sex crimes in the Name of the Lord (#147 in a series)

Devin Cyrus Carroll, 22, of Loris, was arrested Saturday for third degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and attempted lewd acts with a minor between 14-16 years old. He is being held in the J. Reuben Long Detention Center under $30,000 secured bond. 

Carroll is listed as pastor of Happy Home Church in Nakina. He has been with the church since May 2024.He previously worked at Conway Middle School, according to his social media page.
