Sunset Hills Neighborhood is nestled in a hilly and wooded area on the near west side. Our homes were built in the mid-fifties and sixties and were designed to respect the topography using a variety of natural materials. The area is now considered to have one of the highest concentrations of exemplary mid-century modern residential architecture in the city and includes homes by several prominent regional architects.

See Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, as you will never see it again (At least not during the Trump administration)

'This city has been ignored': Yabucoa, ground zero for Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, still reeling.  (USA Today, 3/11/2018)
It’s been nearly six months since Hurricane Maria roared ashore in this seaside community, considered ground zero for the historic storm. But in many corners of Yabucoa, the storm looks like it hit just yesterday. The baseball stadium — once the epicenter of activity in this city of 37,000 — sits abandoned, its overhead steel beams still mangled like twigs. Homes are missing walls and roofs and about two-thirds of the municipality is still without power. The mayor and other local officials work out of a private home since city hall remains battered and boarded up.
