The GOP gerrymandered 3rd Assembly includes northern Calumet County and eats into the City of Appleton, which dilutes the impact of its more liberal-leaning voters.
The Democratic challenger appears to be missing in action in his race. And Tusler is such a douche.
Calumet County is very conservative. Democrats don't stand a chance there.
