Arlington County, Virginia: Why the GOP believes that voter suppression is the only path to survival

Arlington County.  From a 6.6 percentage point GOP advantage in 1980 to a 63.5 percentage point Democratic advantage in 2020.

Trump received 2,132 more votes than he did in 2016, a 10% increase.   Biden received 13,328 more votes than Clinton did in 2016, an increase of 14%.

Trump's share of the vote increased by 0.5 percentage points. Biden increased Clinton's share of the vote by 4.8 percentage points.
