Dear Robin and Scott,

Foxconn is doing no such thing.  

As Louis Woo sez, Foxconn is reacting to the high costs of manfacturing advanced TV screens in the United States.

"In terms of TV, we have no place in the United States.  We can't compete."

What could be more plain?
