About those Foxconn environmental exemptions, Wisconsin (Prepare for the worst)

Quoted in Foxconn Exemptions Heighten Uncertainty About Proposed Factory's Footprint.  (WisCONTEXT, 8/18/2017)
It's possible that Foxconn could have a detailed plan for containing metal waste. But if these substances are released into the air, water or soil, it would have long-term health effects on people exposed to the waste. (Some metals, like copper and zinc, are crucial to human health, but still dangerous in excess.)
"The heavy metals, once they get into your body, once they get into the environmental ecosystem, they're there to stay for a very long time," Adriaens said "They're what we call bio-accumulative. They accumulate in the body and stay there pretty much for the rest of your life." If that sounds familiar, it's because lead is also bio-accumulative.
